“This challenge was an innovation project for the largest education company in Brazil. I served as the Product Design Lead and Digital Strategist, working alongside other leaders to create a new company and develop a platform to sell graduate and postgraduate courses.”
One platform with 4 solutions:
- Marketplace – to offer a simple funnel to search, find, and pay for a graduate or post-graduate courses.
- Infoproducts and Affiliate program – The education changed a lot after computer and today we have awesome courses create by a person. So we want to offer this new professional courses.
- Employment – A platform for our students to find new job opportunities.
- Fintech – Help our students to pay their study.

Results of Quanti research

Quali Research
To compliment the quantitative research we planned some Quali research activities to deep dive in the problem and to create a robust knowledge base to guide te team during the planning phase.

We also collect and categorize all support request tickets history to understand the biggest detractors and ensure we address the top challenges.


After understanding the main challenges, we decided to plan, in parallel with our ideation phase, to carry out an internal Hackathon in the company’s technology department to collect creative and insightful ideas.

After understanding the biggest problems, we ideate a new solution for the marketplace. Then, we work collaboratively with the Tech+Business team to vote and suggest ideas to improve the new Solution, making sure to achieve our goal as soon as possible.
